Sony just introduced their newest Cliés, the PEG-NX70V and PEG-NX60. Both Cliés come with built-in support for MPEG-4 playback, and the NX70V records MPEG-4 (up to 535 minutes on a 128MB Memory Stick) via its built-in camera!
These PDAs are a very significant milestone for the Palm OS platform. TheyÂ’re the first publicly-available devices to support Palm OS 5.0, and to have CPUs that are fast enough (an ARM core running at 200 MHz) to enable capabilities such as MPEG-4 playback and recording.
